Born of the Eft tribe as a child of the current Nunh and his wife, E'kayaah was unconditionally loved by his parents who were, both surprised and excited to have given birth to a boy.As such, they entertained the notion on multiple occasions while he grew up, about the male one day possibly succeeding his father in trial by combat when the day came. Which, E'kayaah was none too interested in. Rather, his focus lay elsewhere in the exploration of the star, and the company of men.However, the Tia found the truth hard to explain to his parents, and in a fit of desperation to leave, and find his own adventure, E'kayaah left the tribe with a note to his parents explaining everything, before going out on his own. He's been on the road since, holding his head up high and enjoying what life has given him.At least, that's one of the stories he tells. Because every variation is stunningly different, and he likes to keep people guessing as to his true origins.
